Bay View Catering is a contract catering company, that was founded by the award winning Executive Chef, Johan van der Merwe. He is also the Co-Director of the company. Johan has well over 16 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry in various sectors, like hospitality, sports, mining, educational & corporate, to name a few.

With a competent management team, Bay View Catering is able to deliver quality service and excellence to all our clients. With a flat management structure, you have direct access to expertise as and when required. The company believes in employing candidates with relevant qualifications, however upskilling existing staff is a major driving force within the company. 

Allowing staff to grow and develop into new positions and, in turn achieve professional growth and development. With the upskill approach, many staff members have been with the company for more than a decade, since the company's humble, first footsteps in 2010.
